ROTARY VACUUM DRYERS "DRYVA" ®

The Rotary Vacuum Dryers "DRYVA" ® are designed for drying pure, thermosensitive and with low final moisture content products by a uniform drying of free flowing products avoiding oxidation and contamination, besides allowing the solvent recovery. The materials to be dried may have several forms: free flowing, sandy or even pasty. These products being useful in the chemical, pharmaceutical fields, dyestuff and pigments.

The standard "DRYVA" ® dryers are constituted by:

Body of Drying: Composed of an horizontal cylindrical jacketed, with apertures for inspection, charge, discharge and vapor filter connection.

Rotary blade carrying shaft: Lodged in an horizontal cylindrical jacketed, contains a rotating hollow shaft with arms and paddles allowing the product to be intensely mixed, as well as an automatic discharge through middle of the dryer.

Filtration tower: Consists of bags mounted inside a jacketed housing, flanged to a large diameter nozzle on the top of the machine.
